CPEV is Selected as National Quality Benchmark with Lean intelligent manufacturing capability

In October, China Quality Association announced the shortlist of national quality benchmarks in 2022, among which Hunan Copower EV Battery Co. , Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "CPEV") was listed by virtue of its quality management level of automation, digitalization and intellectualization in the field of power batteries, its long-term quality improvement and its pursuit of excellence.

Founded in 2008, CPEV is committed to the research and development, production and sales of automotive power batteries and energy packs. In recent years, CPEV has been deeply cultivating the blue sea of Ni-MH power batteries, comprehensively upgrading lean manufacturing to lean intelligent manufacturing, and striving to build a digital and intelligent "China Cell" in the power battery industry.

Power battery industry has a high degree of automation, complex and difficult information management, and the traditional quality management mode relying on manpower and experience is facing enormous challenges. Based on its own reality, CPEV has independently set up a development and implementation team to vigorously promote the research and development of information and digital quality management tools and application models. With the "practical experience of digitalization, visualization and intellectualization of QMS based on total quality management", the company was selected as the national quality benchmarking list in 2022.
