CPEV has created a complete power battery solution chain, including battery material R&D, battery module design, BMS and battery pack development, and mature applications in HEV, Rail transit, Aviation, Military, AGV, Energy storage and etc.
As the only domestic enterprise with the technical strength of "automotive grade Ni-MH power battery electrodes", CPEV successfully entered the supplier chain of Toyota in 2014, and has now supplied more than 4 million vehicles’ electrode material to Toyota and Honda, with zero quality accidents; At present, the annual production capacity of CPEV positive and negative electrodes has reached about 700,000 vehicles/year. In addition to the supply of automotive battery electrodes, CPEV supports the supply of electrodes in other fields, which can quickly realize product development, customization and mass production supply.
CPEV has key technologies and independent intellectual property rights in automotive power batteries and energy packs, and has R & D capabilities such as battery pack structure design, simulation analysis, BMS (software & hardware) design and development, system test and evaluation.
CPEV provides rail transit solutions. Cylindrical sealed Ni-MH batteries for railway are used to maintain the normal and reliable operation of the UPS power supply systems for rail transit vehicle signal, communication, lighting, integrated supervisory control system (ISCS), automatic fire alarm system (FAS), platform door, substation equipment and etc. During the normal working of the train, the battery provides basic power support for the train; in case of emergency failure and waiting for rescue during the working of the train, the battery provides emergency power supply for emergency ventilation equipment, external lighting, passenger information system, door control equipment, etc.
CPEV provides military power supply solutions, and is equipped with different power supply products according to different application scenarios and uses, including uninterrupted power supply, starting power supply, backup power supply, etc.
CPEV’s 24 V/224Ah Ni-MH battery pack for aviation cold chain logistics power supply solutions , as the built-in battery of RKN active aviation temperature control container, can automatically adjust the internal temperature of the container by supplying power to the refrigeration unit, and keep it between 0 and 25℃to meet the aviation cold chain transportation needs of vaccines, medicines and other temperature-sensitive goods.
CPEV specializes in providing energy solutions for large AGV, mainly used in AGV products such as handling, lifting and walking of automated production lines, as well as some large heavy-duty equipment, like excavators and cranes.
